PCC Prodex manufactures polyurethane foams since 1979.

We are the manufacturer of two-component polyurethane systems called EKOPRODUR and EKOPROMER intended to produce rigid and semi-rigid foams. Both components are liquid. One of them is isocyanate and the other one is a mixture of polyols, catalysts, stabilizers, often fillers and silicones in suitable proportions, depending on the particular application. Reaction takes place after mixing the two components in appropriate proportions, and as the result, the cross-linked structure with polyurethane linkages is produced
